During the last few decades concrete has turned into a high tech material when it comes to building material. Besides its original use in construction, the continuous development of this material has led the focus more and more on achitecturally innovative building performance.

Hemmerlein is one of the leading producers of architectural concrete and individual concrete preform elements in Germany. We are proud to have significantly contributed to this development during the last 60 years.

Since our company was set up in 1947, our name has been associated with consistent high quality and a wide variety of services. This long tradition continues with the experience and competence of the more than 80 employees in our modern production facility in Bodenwöhr.

Through intense conversations with our clients we can do our utmost to help them find the optimal technical and cost effective solutions.

Our in-house structural engineers and architects division ensures sound structure and construction of all projects. It completes our comprehensive service portfolio, which also features turnkey buildings and our own company division for construction assembly.

We have more than 80 employees that are largely responsible for the success of our company. Simply their commitment, experience and skills enable us to realise demanding projects on highest quality standards. We can offer a complete service by starting with the planning phase using our architects and civil engineers, continuing with our production division using our concrete technology and builders who craft pre-fabricated concrete slabs and last but not least, our assembly division of a highly qualified team who fits the concrete on the site. They are all at your disposal for the conception and realisation of your projects.

Architectural concrete

Architects, planners and artists can use their creativity almost without any limits when using architectural concrete. Architectural concrete can be exposed concrete and has all the characteristics of an ideal material for limitless designs of shapes and surfaces.

The production of architectural concrete requires a high level of special knowledge and diligence in order to produce individual concrete mixes with selected stone grains and additives. Making precision casts, solving problems raised by demanding details and treating surfaces in a perfect way requires a high level of technical knowledge. Thanks to our highly qualified, experienced and established staff and our knowledge in current concrete technology we are able to offer architectural concrete advice for almost any project.

Whatever your requirments are for your individual ideas and designs we can develop a range of diverse surfaces and shapes for you; structured, castplane, stained or white, washed, acid treated, sanded, sandblasted or as photographic concrete.

Prefabricated concrete parts

Prefabricated structural concrete parts are elements made from concrete, usually steel reinforced concrete that are prefabricated either in the workshop or on the building site. Prefabricated concrete parts have much to offer to the client. They contribute to the production speed of the building allowing considerable economical cost reduction. Production in a workshop ensures a consistently high product quality, consistent weather conditions and advanced planning ensures smooth progress when delivered to the site.

We supervise any project size from single assemblies to fully comprehensive concepts. We are happy to execute your individual ideas, even complex building projects. Our service portfolio includes planning, production and assembly of prefabricated concrete elements throughout Germany. This includes industrial and commercial buildings, workshops, office buildings, commercial estates, supermarkets, shopping centres and special buildings.

Thanks to our 60 years of experience in the production of prefabricated structural concrete pieces we are the ideal partner for the realisation of demanding projects which involve the use of precast concrete.

Engineering office

The realisation of individual and demanding buildings is only possible with the help of professional partners.

Our highly qualified engineers, architects, and draftmen deliver comprehensive plans for any construction project. We are especially experienced in prefabricated construction for commercial buildings.

All stages of the construction are included, starting with design drawings, submission for planning, and also construction phases. In addition, all data analysis including heat protection and fire regulation certificates will be compiled.

Turnkey buildings

We plan and deliver turnkey projects for industry, factories, commerce, trade and public buildings according to the individual ideas and requirements of our customers. We cover the whole process from planning to delivering the turnkey project.

Whether you require a distribution or storage facility, a production hall, a market hall, a shopping centre, a multi-storey car park or office buildings. We have the ability to deliver all components ourselves. This ensures a simple, time as well as cost efficient delivery of your building project.

A dedicated project manager for the duration of the project will ensure its coordinated execution and will be able to offer you advice as a qualified consultant.

Construction and Assembly

Within the assembly division of our company we are able to safely provide logistical coordination and execution of all projects. Even the most demanding transport services can be taken care of.

We employ our own assembly squads at the construction site. They have many years of experience and have special tools at their disposal. The delivery can be ensured to take place safely and just in time at the building site.
